XactAnalysis enables you to:
• track claims assignments to make sure company standards are met
• audit claims estimates to catch and correct errors
• store estimates, valuations, floor plans, photos, notes, and action items to maintain thorough documentation on all claims assignments
• generate easy-to-read real-time reports on company performance and compare those against industry standards
XactContents online will automatically connect in the background. As a result, assignments will be available in the Inbox. To download an assignment:
1. On the Control Center tab, In the XactAnalysis Communications pane, Click Connect. The XactAnalysis Connection dialog box appears.
2. When the data transfer is complete, click Done. Received assignments will appear in your inbox.
3. Double click an assignment to move it to your recent projects.
If you cannot see the XactAnalysis Communications pane, there are two possible explanations.
1. It could be minimized. Hover over the XactAnalysis label in the bottom left corner of the Control Center’s Dashboard and the pane will expand.
To prevent the XactAnalysis Communications pane from closing, click the pushpin 
in the top right corner of the pane.
2. XactAnalysis may not be turned on. On the XactContents tab, click Options and select the XactAnalysis check box if it isn’t already checked.
